為了培養(yǎng)同學(xué)們良好的書寫習(xí)慣,幫助學(xué)生更好地了解中國傳統(tǒng)文化,西安高新一中南校區(qū)高二年級英語備課組于5月19日至5月23日舉行了英語書寫比賽活動。
In
order to cultivate students’ good writing habits in English and enlarge
students’ knowledge about Chinese traditional culture, we held an English
handwriting competition this month.
Students made good use of their weekend to
search for information from the Internet, fly their imagination and creative
minds by designing. Through this competition, students learned about Chinese traditional culture from different
aspects.
經(jīng)過同學(xué)們精心的設(shè)計,一張張別具一格的書寫得以呈現(xiàn)在我們眼前。中國傳統(tǒng)文化的多樣性異彩紛呈,精美流暢的文字在同學(xué)的奇思妙想中躍動,美輪美奐的插圖在同學(xué)們的丹青妙筆下綻放。
After the students’ careful design,
beautiful handwritings were displayed in front of us, including varieties of Chinese traditional culture, beautifully written calligraphy
and eye-catching illustrations.
端午節(jié)(The Dragon Boat Festival)
端午節(jié)是為了紀(jì)念詩人屈原而衍生出來的,這一天必不可少的活動逐漸演變?yōu)椋撼贼兆?,賽龍舟,掛菖蒲、艾葉,薰蒼術(shù)、白芷,喝雄黃酒。
中秋節(jié)(Mid-autumn Festival)
每年農(nóng)歷八月十五日,是傳統(tǒng)的中秋佳節(jié)。遠(yuǎn)在他鄉(xiāng)的游子,借月亮寄托自己對故鄉(xiāng)和親人的思念之情。

愛德華.波諾說“毫無疑問,創(chuàng)造力是最重要的資源。沒有創(chuàng)造力,就沒有進(jìn)步,我們就會永遠(yuǎn)重復(fù)同樣的模式。”因此,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造力對于中學(xué)生來說是至關(guān)重要的。
Edward de Bono said, “There is no doubt that creativity is the most important human resource of all. Without creativity, there would be no progress, and we would be forever repeating the same patterns.” Therefore, it is essential to cultivate students’ creativity.
最后,此次活動得到了全體高二年級老師和同學(xué)的支持和幫助,有效地將英語書寫與中國傳統(tǒng)文化相結(jié)合,不僅提高了學(xué)生的書寫能力,還提高了學(xué)生藝術(shù)創(chuàng)造力,更促進(jìn)了學(xué)生對于中國傳統(tǒng)文化的了解,加深了民族認(rèn)同感和自豪感。
Finally, this activity was a success with
the participation of all the students and English teachers in Grade 2. It was a
combination of handwriting and Chinese
traditional culture,
from which the students not only improved their English handwriting, also they
enhanced the creativity of art. Moreover, they obtained a better understanding
of Chinese culture and will take more pride in our own traditional culture.
